Why We Fast (Sort Of):

During this program, we’ll incorporate a partial fast—not all day, but for part of it.

Why?
Because it jumpstarts the self-discipline you need to crush your goals. If you can commit to a daily fast—fueling yourself with coffee, tea, water, protein drinks, and supplements until 5:00 PM—you’ll unlock the potential to achieve incredible results.
From 5:00 to 8:00 PM, we celebrate with a festive meal and snacks. I go above and beyond to accommodate your preferences, ensuring the evening meal is something to look forward to after a day of focused effort.
